EROP 2025: Travel Form

SCHEDULING FLIGHTS

Arrival: Plan your flight to allow you to get to Johnsonburg Retreat Center, Johnsonburg, NJ with enough time to check in, find your housing, and get settled in. Participants may arrive at Johnsonburg beginning at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, May 6, 2025. We expect all participants to be checked in and ready for the first session of the EROP which will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.

Please Note: It is 54 miles (about one hour driving time) between Newark International Airport (EWR) and Johnsonburg. Possible options include Lehigh Valley International (ABE — 44 miles) and Morristown Municipal (MMU - 36 miles).

Departure:  The closing ceremony, a key part of the EROP experience, will conclude by 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 10, 2025. We expect all participants to remain at Johnsonburg until the end of the EROP closing ceremony. Schedule your flight home allowing sufficient time to arrive at the airport, check in, pass through security, and to the boarding gate. Overnight accommodation on Saturday May 10, for men flying out on Sunday, May 11, may be available on request at an extra charge. Please email the EROP Coordinator, eropeast@illluman.org to request housing for Saturday night.
